“As the Senior Operations Manager, I’m responsible for the technical operations of this company as we cycle through the sales, mobilization and solar farm operations process. I start at the project proposal stage where I analyze the project techno-economic attractiveness before producing lease offers and contracts. Then I oversee the technical design of the project and manage the project deployment through our on-site employees. The next phase of my work is to oversee solar plant operations and maintenance, and of course performance, through our 24/7/365 monitoring and field-force management portal.
One of the key focuses of my role is customer satisfaction. In the project feasibility stage, I ensure that the project is designed in such a way that creates financial value for the customer. During plant operation, I verify that REDAVIA delivers the value which we promised to the customers in our offer.”
