What do you do at REDAVIA, Angela?

“As the Sales Support and Customer Success Manager, I fulfill multiple, complementary roles within the Ghana team. I support the sales team here in Ghana, answering calls from people with questions about solar and REDAVIA, scheduling meetings, and arranging logistical details for the entire office.

“I also serve as the liaison between REDAVIA and our clients. I work to ensure that clients are happy and that REDAVIA is able to meet or exceed their expectations of providing reliable, cost-effective, clean energy that we have promised them. The best part of my job is providing the solution or part of the solution, either for the team here in Ghana or the client, when they come to me. At the end of the day, I like to make people happy.”
